Preserving Basics - The Food Tool Library
Event description
“Food Tool Library Show & Tell Workshop Series” – supported by the Mumbulla Community Foundation
Join members of The Food Tool Library to share skills and learn about the basics of preserving - we will talk over jams, chutneys, relish, preserved fruit, pickled veg and dehydrated foods!
If you have always wanted to get into preserving but find it daunting to know where to start then this is for you. Bring along all your questions and we will discuss the best way to create shelf-stable foods then work together in the kitchen to learn how to use some of the Food Tool Library equipment available to hire.
