Do you have a glut of veggies from your garden and are not sure what to do with your excess produce? Or perhaps you would like to reduce your food waste or learn new skills?
Amy is a self-taught food preserver who learnt the skill of preserving out of necessity, harvesting over half a tonne of produce from her home garden.
This instructional talk is geared towards those brand new to food preserving or those who have dabbled in the past. Amy will provide insight into different methods of food preserving, as well as tips and tricks to get you started on your journey.
This session is for adults.
