Katanning EcoWeek Preserving Produce

EcoWeek is back for 2025! A series of workshops with a vibrant environment-focused community program, aiming to connect and upskill people in areas such as water management, disaster and extreme weather preparedness, mental health, traditional Aboriginal knowledge, off-gridding and sustainable living.

Get hands on making your own vegetable preserves with Eight Acres Permaculture', Susanne Peet.  Bring a chopping board, knife and 2 jars.
