Learn to use simple creative practices of drawing and watercolour painting to observe and pay attention to the world around us!

Watercolour is a beautifully calming medium to explore drawing and painting - whether you are a beginner or an enthusiast!

Join illustrator and artist Kiara Mucci for this luxurious 4 week immersion into the world of watercolour - using mindful noticing of nature and the world around as inspiration! Also learn how a watercolour practice can form part of a playful routine of self care, for improved mental health and wellbeing.

This course is run over 4 sessions of 2 hours, hosted on Zoom.

Press Play is a series of creative courses designed to kickstart a playful practice, and also learn how this practice can be a vital and delightful habit of self care, for mental wellbeing.

Press Play facilitators are trained as creative prescribers, with Mental Health First Aid training and tools for self reflection in a creative workshop.

ABOUT KIARA MUCCI

Kiara paints, draws, cuts + pastes, knits, sculpts and shapes things in her rainforest house tucked up in the Illawarra escarpment. She works freelance providing illustrations and graphic design for a host of creative happenings, groups and organisations. As well as teaching Painting courses and classes for Makeshift, she is on the team as the Coms & Media Officer.
