About this webinar:
This webinar on preventing race discrimination guideline in Victoria, will focus on understanding racism, its impacts, and how organisations can implement the guideline to foster inclusive workplace environments.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into the prevalence and nature of racism in workplaces and learn practical ways to address and prevent racial discrimination in their organisations. An overview of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission guideline: race discrimination in the workplace will be provided, along with information to support building racial literacy and anti-racist practices.
