PRIDE GALA 2025

The Gippsland Pride Initiative invite you to our 5th Annual Pride Gala at Lardner Park (Warragul) on 28 June 2025.

Kicking off at 6.00 PM, this highly anticipated annual event is celebrating it's 5th Anniversary and is expected to be another sold out celebration and we hope, our biggest and BEST yet!

EVENT DETAILS: 

Time: 6.00pm kick off - 11.45 PM (Doors Open from 5.30 PM with a 6.30 PM sharp start to proceedings) 

Venue: Lardner Park Event Centre, Lardner Park - 155 Burnt Store Rd, Lardner VIC 3820

Audience: 18+ event, LGBTIQA+ community members and their allies 

Dress code: Dress to impress (Formal)

Our theme? 'All the colours of the Rainbow' - welcoming LGBTQIA+ Folks and Allies from all walks and lived experiences to come together for a colourful, joyous experience in Gippsland. Think bright colours, go all out with bright, colour-led formal wear.

General Admission: $150

Concession: $110

*Community Ballot Ticket tickets may be available closer to the event, sponsorship depending. We will launch these closer to the event. This is an opportunity for ALL to attend with fully or partially funded tickets available thanks to the ongoing generosity of our sponsors and supporters. If you have purchased a ticket and are a recipient of a Community Ballot ticket, we will be able to refund you the full purchase price.

Need a payment plan? AfterPay is an option. Payment in full is required 1 month prior to event and tickets released upon full payment.

This event has become a stand out feature in the Victorian LGBTIQA+ calendar and we strongly advise you to purchase your tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment. We encourage all LGBTIQA+ people to attend as well as our loved ones, supporters and allies. 

What's included?

You'll be treated to a drink on arrival (non alcoholic and champagne options), 2 courses of some of Gippsland's finest food, as well as live music, amazing performances and a famously popular dance floor! Throughout the night you can partake in our major silent auctions and epic raffles, as well as FREE photobooth and portrait photography. We want everyone to have a great night and we will release details of our special guests to get you in the mood closer to show time.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Tickets are limited and entry requires evidence of ticket purchase on phone or email. Once SOLD OUT we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist.
• This is a secure event and all ticket changes must be done via this platform. Changes on the night are not permitted, and tickets are not resalable or transferable. (ID may be required for entry)
• Tickets may be cancelled with a full refund up to 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations after this do not automatically receive a refund.
• Drinks are at bar prices and responsible service of alcohol is mandatory. Otherwise, this is strictly a drug free event. If not respecting this requirement you may be asked to leave.
• Welcome drinks on arrival MUST be redeemed before the formal commencement of the event.
• This is strictly an 18+ event to comply with our child safe policy and the service of alcohol at this event.
• Dietary requirements for your or your group must be supplied by the advised dates or we can not guarantee service. We ask you to assist us meet our venues requirements and we apologise in advance if last minute requests can not be met.

We want to ensure this event is accessible for all - including physical, neurodivergence and financial access considerations. Our event location, safe and sensory spaces, as well as our payment options are intended to provide access for all - we welcome your feedback if we can aid you in feeling more comfortable in attending.
