PRIDE GALA BUS - Saturday June 28th 2025
Event description
Thanks to the generous partnership of Uniting Vic Tas, we are so pleased to confirm our BUS TO PRIDE GALA transport will be available across Gippsland for our 2025 Pride Gala Guests!
The following bus stops and routes have been organised based on your expressions of interest. Please note, stops at furthest points (i.e. Phillip Island, Inverloch and Wonthaggi are dependant on registrations before the cut off date).
We have three options to help secure your ticket.
Thanks to Uniting Vic Tas, those who are not in a position can travel for free, no questions asked. If you are in the position to do so, a below cost $25 ticket option is available or you may make a donation at your discretion. Select the one that works best for your circumstance!
1. $25 per ticket (below cost) for a return trip
2. A fully funded FREE ticket - thanks to Uniting Vic Tas, these are available for those who would benefit from transport without the cost.
3. Any donation amount per order
IMPORTANT:
Event organisers will send a confirmation to all bus guests within 5 days of the cut off 14th June 2025. The event time listed as part of this event is not your pick up time - please refer to the schedule and your location.
If booking the bus for multiple people - please ensure that each ticket has an individual name so we can match it against tickets sold for the Pride Gala. You may wish to use the same email or phone number for each ticket, however, you will be responsible for communicating all information to that person. We strongly prefer to have each person's email and phone number so we can communicate quickly if required.
Folks requiring disability access transport may indicate this in the registration, and our team will contact you to assist with suitable transport facilities however possible.
Bus registrations will close 6.00 PM Saturday 14th June 2025.
This facility is reserved for Gala guests with a valid event ticket. This is a secure facility and only valid bus ticket holders will be able to join the bus.
Please note, abusive, destructive or poor behaviour will not be tolerated, and may result in refusal up to cancellation of seat. Guests are asked to consider the safety and comfort of others.
Importantly - it is each participant's responsibility to be at their pick-up locations at the set times, as the bus will leave promptly to schedule, 5 mins from the arrival time stated.
It is intended that buses will depart from Lardner Park between 11.45pm - 12.00am
BUS SCHEDULE: Times for pick up and drop off are estimated (as accurately as possible) for booking purposes. Final confirmed schedules will be sent to registered guests 2 weeks prior to our event.
