Pride Perspectives - Book & Media Club
Description
Want a space to chat about your latest binge-watch, favourite podcast, book you couldn’t put down, or that one song lyric that hit just right?
Pride Perspectives is a chill, no-pressure space for the queer community to talk about whatever you’ve been reading, watching, or listening to.
6:30pm – 8pm
Fourth Monday of each month
The People Place, Busselton
Free & open to LGBTQIA+ folks & allies
Registering helps us plan (and buy enough snacks) but you are still welcome to attend without registerig.
There's no specific book or media; you're welcome to share whatever you've been enjoying, over tea, coffee and snacks. We also have a basket of fidget/stim toys you can use.
The People Place is a quiet venue, and the 5-6 of us chatting in the meeting room are usually the only ones in the building on a Monday night. We use Meeting Room 1, to the left of the entry.
Please note, we want everyone attending our events to feel safe, welcome, and celebrated. As such we have created a Code of Conduct which outlines the values and expectations we ask all attendees to follow - https://www.busseltonpridealliance.org.au/events/code-of-conduct
