with Gabriel & Hunter
This Primal Movement session is designed by the Kairos team to experience fitness redefined. Expect a holistic session blending strength, conditioning, and natural movement - designed to reconnect you with your primal power.
Kairos Founders Gabriel and Hunter have over 28 years of collective qualified experience and believe in the power of movement culture, which goes beyond traditional fitness routines. Kairos aims to redefine physical exercise by tapping into our innate movement patterns, integrating primal movements, and challenging the body in new and exciting ways.
Their Vision .....We are here to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative fitness equipment, designed to enhance the movement experience and take your workouts to new heights.
This unconventional approach to training is not just about building strength and endurance; it's about creating a holistic experience that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.
Once finished you will walk over to The sauna Collective Orewa Feel Good Train for the creme de la creme of traditional wood-fired Sauna and cold-plinge or ocean contrast therapy session. Consisting of three rounds of hot & cold goodness.
