PRIMAL PLAY ≪≫ Playfighting Workshop

We're back for another evening of playfighting! Led by ju-jitsu and wrestling coach, Florian Krause, co-founder of Compound Grappling in Bondi.
Key Elements:
- A mixture of structured games and open playfighting, to develop our adaptability, agility and creativity.
- Technical tips derived from wrestling, ju-jitsu, and locomotion skills.
- Spotting, safety, boundaries and communication.
- How to engage with your partner at a level that’s right for both of you.
- FUN! Reconnect with your inner child, and embrace the playful, primal warrior within.
Every game or exercise we explore is an invitation, and we agree to engage according to our capacity. We respect each other’s boundaries, safety, and we agree to meet our playful opponents where they are at.
When: Friday 13th October, 7pm-9pm
Where: Held on soft foam flooring at the spacious Integral - Aerial | Movement | Society in Brookvale.
Who this is for: All genders, ages 18 and up. No prior experience necessary.

About Your Facilitators
This workshop will be led by Florian Krause - wrestling, ju-jitsu and mobility specialist. You can follow his gym, @compound_grappling to see more.
