Primary Disco

Session Times:

Prep to Year 2 – 3.30pm to 5.30pm:

• Students may be dropped off between 3.30pm-4pm
• Activities available from 3.30pm
• Students are to be collected between 5.30pm-5.45pm 

Year 3 to Year 6 – 5.30pm to 7.30pm:

• Students may be dropped off between 5.30pm-6pm
• Activities available from 5.30pm
• Students are to be collected between 7.30pm-7.45pm

Tickets: $20 per student.

What’s Included in Ticket Price

• DJ and dancers by Creative Dance Industries
• ‘Open air’ photo booth
• Interactive/craft activities
• Chill-out zone for those wanting something quieter
• Unlimited pizza (available 3.30pm to 7pm) – Slices will be individually served to students. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available, please indicate your student’s preference when purchasing ticket.

Students are asked to BYO a full water bottle (clearly named)! Water will be available for any top ups that may be needed.

Theme: Party Time – Come dressed in your favourite outfit and accessories, ready to party with your friends!

Important Information for Parents/Guardians

• This is a student only event. Teachers will be providing supervision. Primary mentors and parent volunteers will also be assisting with activities.
• Parents are required to “drop & go” students at Entry Doors located near the Tuggerah Centre and Junior Secondary carpark (see Primary Disco Event Map). Upon entry, students are asked to move to the space designated for their Year Level, where a teacher will sign them in (and stamp their hand) before they can move on into Foyer and enjoy activities.
• Only parents who have signed up as a volunteer may attend the event.
• DJ will make regular announcements throughout event, reminding students of food and activities available.
• At the conclusion of each session, students will be gathered in the Collection Zone within Tuggerah Centre (see email for map).Teachers must sign-out students to parents/guardians. If your child is to be collected by someone other than a parents/guardian, we ask that you email Primary Reception to provide the details – student name/class, and name/contact number of person collecting student.
• SchoolPlus can drop off students attending after-school care but will require permission slips to be completed.
• An external first aid provider has been engaged. Primary Reception will manage any medical requirements that you have previously communicated. If there are any new medical conditions to alert Primary Reception of, please do so prior to the event.
• This is a cashless event. There will be nothing available to purchase on the night.

This is a P&F community event. Sustainable event guidelines will be followed. Funds raised will be used towards 2022 P&F initiatives.
