Primary Prevention Forum

The Primary Prevention Forum is an inaugural event focused on learning, sharing and connecting in the primary prevention of gendered violence space in Queensland.

This event is an opportunity for interested, emerging, intermediate and advanced primary prevention practitioners to come together and network, gain a shared understanding of definitions, map current projects, hear from experts, and learn together.

We will have a series of speakers from different specialty areas, including youth, LGBTQIA+, sports, etc.

This event is hosted by the Queensland Equal and Together Alliance - Women's Health and Equality Queensland and supported by the QUT School of Justice.

Venue

This event is hosted at the QUT Kelvin Grove campus, located in the function space in E Block on Level 5. Once you step out of the lift you will enter the function space.

This campus is accessible by bus, or there is parking behind E Block off Ring Road.
