Event description

In our current digital age rife with possibilities, how do we best choose what to prioritise in our learning, goals, practice and investments? As an artist how do we go about picking out branding, our genre/ style, our community, audience or identity?

The South Australian chapter of ANATS is happy to bring you Prioritising Paths: Defining your artistic goals and identity in a contemporary music landscape where we will be joined by industry staples Bec Bates, Carla Lippis and Mim Sarre to help you better understand the process of choice.

Our panellists will give us their two cents on honing in on these goals as a student and an original artist.

The Australian National Association of the Teachers of Singing Ltd (ANATS) supports its members and the general community by hosting professional development events at a national, state and local level, providing bursary support and promoting research. Its purpose is to connect, educate and support singing teachers of Australia. To teach, we must know how to be, and this is why many of our events help you as an artist and a vocal teacher such as is the case with this free event at the Wheatsheaf hotel.
