Private Event - Create and Graze
Description
This hands-on workshop is a fantastic way for teams to connect, get creative, and enjoy a bit of friendly competition. The session begins with a guided experience making Vache—a fresh, soft cheese that’s simple to prepare but looks and tastes stunning, making it perfect for entertaining or bringing to a potluck.
Next, you'll learn how to build a visually stunning and delicious grazing platter, with tips on balance, presentation, and ingredient pairing. Platter-making is a great skill to have—especially during BBQ season when entertaining is at its peak. Then, in small teams, you'll put your skills to the test by creating your own platter masterpiece.
To wrap things up, we’ll hold a vote for the best platter—bragging rights included! The event finishes with everyone enjoying the platters together in a relaxed and social setting.
Participants will take home recipes so they can recreate some of the platter items at home.
