I invite you to join me for an evening of complete relaxation and calm.

~ This regular, special private event is being held for parents and carers of autistic and neurodivergent children ~

Mums, Dads, Grandparents and other full-time carers of autistic and neurodivergent children are all very welcome. No experience with meditation is necessary, and nothing will be asked of you except to surrender to relaxation.

Places will be limited to maximum 6 for each session - I feel this is important to maintain a safe, calming and open space.

These sessions will be held every 3-4 weeks to:

✨ be a go-to place for your own nervous system reset, locking in time for yourself in advance to give you peace of mind
✨ meet other parents/carers and create a network of supportive, understanding souls
✨ provide opportunities for both parents to attend should they wish, allowing a 'tag-team' to keep your household flowing

There is a lot loaded on your shoulders. As a parent of a neurodivergent child myself (Autistic PDA, ADHD), I understand some of the unique challenges you face daily, and it is my heartfelt intention to provide a space where you can replenish your spirit and strength. Co-regulation is a loaded word; add in the seemingly constant battle of advocacy and the expectations placed upon us just grow and grow.

We often spend so much of our energy holding space for our children and loved ones, and sometimes can't find the words to ask for support ourselves.

Through the gentle resonance of healing sounds and the calming flow of guided meditation, I aim to offer a haven for relaxation and self-regulation.

Allow me to hold space for you to take a pause from the outside world, a moment to breathe and just be....allowing you to return home to your loves rejuvenated and refreshed.

If you can make it out of the house and into my studio, I will take care of the rest for you. Yoga mats, pillows, blankets and tea will be provided. For extra cosiness you may wish to bring socks. There will be an opportunity to share and meet each other at the end if you wish (absolutely no pressure to talk or contribute, listening or just enjoying tea and snacks is fine!).
