Bring together a group of friends or family to experience a deeply healing meditation where you will bathe in the healing tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls after a guided meditation to balance and activate your chakras.
Our private groups are designed to help friends come together in a private setting to enjoy a serene and relaxing activity while they discover their inner workings, in a gentle and passive way.
These workshops are perfect for anyone that wants to provide a space for people they care about that need a little R&R from their daily lives, without needing to leave the city or connecting with loved ones online.
Your guests will share a common experience while connecting to themselves, all participants will feel relaxed, centered and re-energised, having released what has challenged them emotionally and mentally through the week and replacing all the heaviness with positive energy.
Be prepared for a totally uplifting experience!
Venue & Dates:
We operate from several venues around Adelaide (and Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, when we are visiting), we can either provide a space in the West, East, City or South or if you have space to accommodate your group (and their mats) at a Private residence. If you prefer to invite your guests to an online session we run can offer the same experience from the comfort of your own homes!

**BYO yoga mat, pillow and a light blanket
Your host Joshika Akhil has trained under masters of sound healing and renowned yogis in India and Nepal. She is an intuitive healer with many years of experience as a meditation instructor and retreat facilitator; her gifts have taken her all over the world to teach, run retreats and workshops. She focuses on self-healing techniques, providing you with the tools to work on your inner self by harnessing your energy systems (chakras) and will integrate this into the session.
