Procurement Leaders Connect: How to increase the carbon maturity of your supply chain

This first session is on raising the carbon maturity of your supply chain. 

To kick start the discussion, two major businesses that have recently achieved significant success in raising carbon maturity in their supply chains will share their approach. We'll also hear about a simple matrix created by a group of 19 businesses and government agencies that you can use too. 

The focus of this series is to create a discussion space where leaders can come together to reflect on best practice, share tips and ticks, learnings, successful strategies and co-design solutions to challenges.
