Turn Scraps into Delicious Feasts 🍲

📅 When: Tuesday 30 September 2025, 12–1 PM
📍 Where: Urban Garden (behind the Village Green), UNSW Kensington Campus - wet weather location to be announced

In celebration of the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste, join us for a hands-on, flavour-packed workshop that will change the way you think about food waste.

Led by a professional chef, this free Cooking Without Waste workshop will show you how to turn everyday ingredients into three mouth-watering, plant-based dishes - and yes, you’ll get to taste everything!

Whether you’re a sustainability enthusiast, a foodie, or just curious about making your meals more planet-friendly, this event is for you.

This free event is open to all UNSW students and staff, proudly brought to you by The Producers, Food Hub and UNSW Environmental Sustainability, with kind support from the Division of Societal Impact, Equity & Engagement.
