    We have mastered the art of boosting both personal and organisational productivity. Our approach, grounded in the latest neuroscience, integrates renowned methodologies like GTD, PARA, OKRs and more with bespoke coaching over 6 months that helps you and your team form great habits without the stress.


    Equipping YOU with the CODE to reduce stress and get more done without working more hours!

    Weekly sessions

    Online | 30th Oct, 20th Nov, 4th Dec, 22nd Jan

    • Introduction.  Why? Clarity. Velocity
    • Decide weekly.  Get on top of critical actions and have a clear plan for productive week ahead
    • Execute Daily. The daily habit of being clear "What is the NEXT and MOST necessary piece of work".  Setting up to avoid distractions.
    • Teams.  How to use your personal productivity habits to drive individual focus and delivery amazing results across organisational and team projects.

    In person (Pokeno) | 6th November - 9.30am-2.30pm

    • Getting clarity.  
      • Capture everything into places you trust
      • Organise next steps (getting to weekly Inbox Zero)
      • Enabling you to have the systems set up and tools to allow you to be more productive

    Coaching | Weeks beginning 13th Nov, 27th Nov, 11th Dec, Dec or Jan(Flexi), 29th Jan, 19th Feb, 21st May

    • Changing habits are HARD.  If you don't plan what is important someone else will!
    • CODE accredited coaches will review the sessions with you, ensuring you are equipped to learn, grow and be more productive.

    Microleanrings

    •  Every Monday we’ll email out a focus for the week, including a micro learning and some links for those who want to go deeper.
