Event description

This workshop will now be pre-recorded and a link will be sent to all attendees on Monday 1 November.

Reframing Autism invites Allied Health, Psychology and Educational professionals to join Dr Melanie Heyworth for an introductory workshop on using neurodiversity in your practice to support Autistic children and their families. In this online workshop, we will redefine Autism from an Autistic perspective, examine the ways in which neurodiversity can help you to reframe your thinking about Autism, and discuss how this new understanding can inform the way you approach and support the Autistic children in your care. A professional development certificate will be issued to attendees equivalent to 2.5 CPD hours.

So that you are able to view the workshop at a time that is suitable for you and can revisit it if needed in the future, all attendees will have ongoing access to the recording of the workshop.

Ticket sales close at 5pm 31 October, 2021.
