SO WHAT IS REBIRTHING BREATHWORK?

This is an ancient yogic practise been around for over 5,000 years. it was thanks to Leonard Orr who brought Rebirthing breathwork from India to the Western World. It is the title given to a natural, phenomenal, spiritual mechanism of rejuvenation within the human body, mind, and spirit. Through the power of conscious connected breathing, we can tap into a well-spring of "life force energy", which empowers the brain to release a brew of neuro chemicals, including DMT-the spirit molecule.

As well as a this psychedelic concoction descends down the spine's 33 vertebrates before ascending back up again to the place where God/Creator/Source can be met face to face (the mind-pineal).
