The Reimagined Workplace: A 5-Part Series (Delivered via Zoom)

Creating a thriving workplace is a shared effort. The Reimagined Workplace 5-part series equips managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and employees alike with practical strategies to navigate today’s complex work environment, strengthen collaboration, and foster a culture of trust, clarity, and accountability.

Across five interactive sessions, led by Hanif Fazal, Co-Founder of The Center, participants will dive into the essential dimensions of today’s workplace culture—accountability, communication, collaboration, equity, and leadership. Each session delivers practical tools, frameworks, and strategies that can be applied immediately, empowering both teams and individuals to work more effectively, strengthen relationships, and contribute confidently to a thriving workplace.

SHRM PDCs

Participants who complete both sessions will earn a total of 15 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) from SHRM. Upon completion, attendees will receive a certificate of completion. The Reimagined Workplace sessions will be held on September11th, October 2nd, October 23rd, November 13th and December 11th.

Bonus Session

Additionally, as a bonus session, participants are invited to attend a third session on January 15th, 9:30 am – 11:30 pm PDT were we explore using AI in the workplace equitably.


Session 1: Accountability Part I: Reframing Accountability - From Punishment to Performance
Date: September 11th (9:30 am – 12:30 pm PDT)

Session 4: Effective Supervision - Strategies for Thriving Employees (3 PDCs)

  • Actionable strategies to create a supervisory approach that drives individual and organizational success.

Session 5: Navigating People & Culture - Conversations in a Changing Landscape (3 PDCs)

November 13 (9am-12pmPDT)
