SHRM Recertification Provider

The Center is SHRM-recognized to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.


Feedback and Supervision Overview:

This engaging training series empowers HR leaders, managers, and people & culture professionals with practical strategies to transform how feedback is perceived and foster inclusive supervision. Participants will acquire the tools needed to cultivate a culture of growth, belonging, and high performance, driving both individual and organizational success.

Join us for this dynamic, interactive series, led by Hanif Fazal, Co-founder of The Center Consultancy - facilitated live via Zoom! Hanif will give you practical insights on how to reframe Accountability, and actionable strategies for application that can drive meaningful, healthy change within teams.

SHRM PDCs

Participants who complete both sessions will earn a total of 6 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) from SHRM. Upon completion, attendees will receive a certificate of completion. The Feedback and Supervision sessions will be held on October 23rd and November 13th.

Bonus Session

Additionally, as a bonus session, participants are invited to attend a third session on January 15th, 9:30 am – 11:30 pm PDT were we explore using AI in the workplace equitably. This is complimentary session for participants in the Feedback and Supervision series.

  • Actionable strategies to create a supervisory approach that drives individual and organizational success.

  • Recognize and address biases that impact supervision and workplace performance.

Session 3: Using AI for an Equitable Workplace
Date: January 15th (9:30 am – 11:30 am PDT)
