    CSL Seqirus, along with BESIX Watpac and ICN Victoria, welcome you at the Project Industry Briefing for

    Project Banksia
    Monday 3 October 2022
    4 pm – 5 pm
    Online

    Project Banksia will build the only cell-based influenza vaccine manufacturing facility in the Southern Hemisphere – producing seasonal and pandemic flu vaccines, antivenoms and Q-Fever vaccines for Australians guaranteed for the next 10 years.

    The facility will be built at Tullamarine in the Melbourne Airport Business Park and is expected to be operational in 2026.

    Featured in this presentation are remaining work packages:

    · Electrical installation
    · Automation engineering
    · Civil construction subcontractors
    · Piping installation
    · IT service
    · Insulation

    EOIs will close on 31 December 2022.

    Further opportunities will be updated in early 2023. The Operation Phase packages (opening in the next six months) will include Warehousing and Logistic service provider, Cleaning Services, Raw Materials and Packaging and more.

    You will also hear from ICN Victoria’s Senior Industry Adviser and our MC, Andrew Bradley, about how the ICN Gateway supports the supply chain by helping suppliers find opportunities with projects. He will also detail how ICN assists them in registering their interest in work packages at no cost and will speak about the policy implementation of the Social Procurement Framework and Building Equality Policy.

    The project is a greenfield construction with site utilities and amenities to support the manufacturing operation, including:

    · black and clean utilities
    · warehousing
    · quality control laboratories
    · administration offices
    · cafeteria
    · car parking and more
