This 3-day course (9, 16, 23 February 2022) immerses you into the profession of project management and gives you tools and techniques you can immediately implement to improve the delivery of your projects, and ultimately your organisational strategy. The focus of the workshops is on practical application of the tools and techniques, and the process of selecting which ones are right for you and your organisation right now.

The course is suitable for any manager, team leader or C-Level executive who wishes to gain a better understanding of project management, and gain a working knowledge of useful tools and techniques.

The workshops run from 9am – 4.30pm each day. The fee includes morning tea, lunch (all dietary requirements are catered for) and parking on campus.

Facilitator:

Sean Whitaker, BA, MSc, MBA, PMP is widely respected around the globe as a practical project management consultant. He has provided advice to organizations in the transportation, government, space exploration, information, technology, software development and construction industries. He has provided training from introductory level, to PMP exam preparation, to lecturing to postgraduate students to thousands of successful project management practitioners around the globe and is the author of many books on project management.
