Have you been thinking of renovating but feel nervous about the cost, the time it will take and whether you’ll even be happy with the end result?

This is only natural! You’ve probably never done this before, it’s going to cost a LOT of money and you will, literally, have to live with the end result after the Trades have all packed up their tools and been paid.

So, it's time to get some tools of your own!

By applying a few key Project Management tools you can reduce the risk of things going wrong and maximise your chances of realising your dream home.

The tools you will learn can be applied to one-off home maintenance jobs, renovations and new-builds.

• Why having a project schedule is important
• What to include in your budget
• What ‘Commissioning’ is and why you should always do this before you let your Trades leave site
• What a Defects List is

• Nothing, except something to sip on and a way of taking notes.

Who will be teaching?

Belinda (she/her) is a Chemical Engineer by training, with over 15 years’ experience in process design and project management. With a passion for Interior Design and a process-driven approach, Belinda now teaches people how to create their dream homes through her business hausmade.Belinda is on a mission to help people create homes that reflect their personal style and are a joy to live in.
