Project Twin Streams Treasure Hunt

Come along and join our Project Twin Streams stream rangers Pam and Alanah for a school holiday Treasure Hunt at Ōkaurirahi / Ceramco Park.

Explore the local stream, discover some of the plants and wildlife that call it home, and learn more about the work we do through Project Twin Streams to care for our streams and surrounding environment.

There’ll be fun, hands-on activities along the way, including learning about local streams, checking out what’s living in the water, discovering why eels are so special, and getting stuck into a mulch activity. We’ll finish with a well-earned cookie!

The activities are particularly suited to children aged 5–12. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Please register each person attending when booking, including children.

Please bring a drink bottle, a hat and rain jacket if you have one. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots. We will meet at the Lower Carpark at Ceramco Park.
