The US Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame is hosting its annual 4-PERSON GOLF OUTING in PARK CITY, UTAH at the beautiful and private PROMONTORY CLUB Nicklaus Painted Valley Golf Course on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th, 2023 with a 9am SHOTGUN START. The golf outing will be followed by the CLASS of 2023 ANNOUNCEMENT & MEDIA PARTY at Blackrock Mountain Resort from 5-7pm.
SCHEDULE
September 19th, 20238-8:30am | Check in at Promontory Country Club for golf
9am | Shotgun Start (4-person scramble)
1-1:30pm | Awards and prize giveaways at Promontory Clubhouse
3-5pm | Pre-party meet and greet | Blackrock Resort main lobby
5-6pm | Hors Devours and music6-6:30 | Tom Kelly Volunteer of the Year Award Presentation
6:30-7pm | Hall of Fame Class of 2023 Announced
GOLF FAQ: Please arrive to golf by 8:30am to check in. If you need club rentals it will be your responsibility to contact the course to arrange on your own (phone: 435.333.4600). Teams will shotgun start at 9am. Grab and go lunch is included on course. Prizes to top teams. Doubled skins pot, on-course games and proxies, giveaways and much more available onsite. PARTY FAQ: There will be plenty of food for guests here to consider this dinner. Heavy Appetizers and soft drinks included. Cash bar for alcoholic beverages. Ticket includes automatic entry into giveaways. The doors open at 5p with a pre-party in the lounge at Blackrock Mountain Resort 3-5pm. We will make a short awards presentation at 6pm and announce the class of 2023 at 6:30 pm. A short cocktail hour will follow the announcement. Media welcome!
