Promoting healthy schools through climate action

As part of Sustainability in Schools Month, Sustainability Victoria's ResourceSmart Schools is proud to collaborate with Cancer Council Victoria's Achievement Program to host an important and informative workshop on promoting healthy schools, climate adaptation at school.  

About the Achievement Program

The Achievement Program is a free Victorian Government initiative that helps schools improve the physical health, social and emotional development of children. All members are supported to meet a set of benchmarks addressing key health areas, which complement the health messages outlined in the education curriculum. In recognition of the impact that climate change has on health and wellbeing, schools are also supported to undertake climate actions that co-benefit health as a part of a climate and health pathway.

The Achievement Program is supported by the Victorian Government and delivered by Cancer Council Victoria.
