Thank you for registering for our event. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may not be able to attend as expected. Whilst we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide you with flexible options of transferring your ticket. Transferring Your Ticket: 1. Transfer to someone else: If you cannot attend you may transfer the ticket to someone else. (Navigate to your confirmation email > edit order > change name and email address > email to new ticket holder). 2. Credit for future event: If you prefer a credit towards registration for a future event, please contact us at least 2 days before the event and we will provide a credit in the form of a unique discount code that you can redeem at your convenience (valid for a maximum of 12 months).
