The Friday Open Mic is the practice of poetry, an exploration of the art of conversation, through open mic, books, recycled crafts with fonts, picture books and art journals. We talk about poet biography, musical forms and the graphics in words. Bring art supplies, pens, paper, spoken-word videos of poets and bands, and reflections on poetry you’ve witnessed.
