DeeAnna Krier—wife, mother, model, pageanteer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. 63 years young, Ms. Achievement North America 2024 is a vivacious community leader. 

As the owner of Mercer Events and Promotions and Baker’s Ribs restaurant, her 43 years of experience ignites a passion to mentor entrepreneurs to stay open as long as their hearts desire. Her platform—Prosper Your Neighbor, Prosper Yourself—focuses on the principle that the more you give, the more you grow. DeeAnna teaches aspiring entrepreneurs the Three C’s to keeping your business open: Care, Commit, and Contribute. Her faith, determination, and love for her neighbors drives her to encourage other entrepreneurs by mentoring, hosting charity events, and posting to social media sites like Instagram and Facebook. Her posts embolden her followers to stay committed to their dreams, because dreams really do come true. DeeAnna is living her dream right now, after all! 

She is highly involved in her community, volunteering for the Children’s Advocacy Center, Center of Hope, and Meals on Wheels. Her title as Ambassador for the City of Weatherford and 5 Star Parker County Chamber makes her a community connector. She also hosts God’s Little Princess tea parties, giving away Princess Bibles to young girls, empowering their confidence in themselves and in their faith. She strives to be a role model for entrepreneurs young and old to look to for guidance. 

Her restaurant, Baker's Ribs, run by herself and her husband, Brian, has made Top 50 in Texas, Business of the Year 2002, People's Choice Award 2015, Business of the year 2020, and the 2021 New World Report North America Business Elite, just to name a few. As for herself, she was honored as one of the Extraordinary Women of 2022 for her work in her community. In July of 2023, she represented North America in the Ms. Achievement World pageant. She won 1st runner up, Miss Congeniality, Best in Evening Wear, and Best in Community Involvement. Though she is grateful for all of her accolades, her favorite title is as wife of a wonderful husband, and mom of two beautiful daughters.
