Protect & Glow Workshop

This fantastic workshop will teach you how to spiritually protect your energy from negative forces who are keen to steal it! When our energy is being syphoned off via our energy centres (or chakra's), we feel inexplicably tired, our muscles and body feels heavy, our minds are depressed, anxious or hyperactive, we may even be physically ill and nothing seems to work in our lives. We are out of flow with the universe.

By learning how to regularly remove negative attachments, thought forms, cords, curses and other energetics that are not for our highest good, SAFELY, we can be free to be in our power, make clear decisions and have the energy we need to be fit and well. Understanding our power and how to protect it, I believe, is part of our human journey here on earth and this workshop will assist you on the first steps of your spiritual protection journey.

During the evening there will be a short meditation, an overview of the types of entities, discussion on spotting imposter guides, distinguishing between the ego and the soul/intuition, the various methods of spiritual protection and how to use them, followed by a practical demo of the protect & glow method. You will receive an e-workbook which of course you may print if you wish to make notes and the recording of the workshop will be sent to you within a week of the event.
