Protect Our Winters x NZAC Film night

Protect Our Winters Aotearoa connects the outdoor community to take climate action. Join us along with our friends from the New Zealand Alpine club for a special screening of Split, a film that will resonate with locals who love mountains and adventure, and care about climate change. Plus, we'll also be joined by ski mountaineer and IFMGA Guide Will Rowntree, who'll be sharing his experiences and insights, plus there'll be some great prizes up for grabs from our supporters including The North Face!

Split follows the physical and mental journeys of best friends Tom and James - both environmentalists, both airline pilots and both inexperienced in the arctic - as they embark and reflect on a remote splitboard expedition in Greenland. With humour and depth, filmmaker and expedition teammate Charlotte follows how each navigates their minds, passions and purpose in a time of crisis.
