Provider User Group: The New Provider Subscription Portal
Event description
The Housing Hub has always been working with providers to understand how we can improve our platform and best meet your needs. We are constantly making updates and developing new provider features that we're excited to share with you, and participants in these groups often see and hear about new features before any other Providers or website users.
In these sessions we will:
- Share recent updates and what’s next for the Housing Hub, including new feature releases such as the latest Provider Subscription Portal additions. This includes important field requirement changes to the Rental Amount field, revising the RRC option for SDA Listings to Include % of Income charge as Rent, the Minimum SDA Funding Amount field, as well as the Tenants Can Bring Their Own Support field being required as Yes for all SDA listings.
- Get your feedback on new features, what works, what be better, and what else could be added using specialised collaboration spaces to foster concept development and discussion.
- And, of course, opening up time to assist you with any questions about the website, listings, strategy, or anything else.
There are limited spots for each of these User Groups, so please register as soon as you know you're available and interested.
