Travel instructions

The event will be held at the Banksia Centre, Port Sorell. Attendees are encouraged to allow sufficient travel time and arrive from 5:45 PM for a 6:00 PM start.

Entry instructions

Please have your ticket ready for scanning upon arrival. Tickets may be presented electronically or in printed form.

After entry instructions

Upon entering the venue, please proceed to your allocated table or check in with event volunteers for seating assistance. Event staff will be available to answer any questions throughout the evening.

Hazards

Please take care when moving around the venue, particularly in low-light areas during the event. Keep personal belongings clear of walkways to help prevent trip hazards. In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of event organisers and venue staff. Accessibility The venue is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking and toilet facilities available. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the event organisers prior to the event where possible.

This is a BYO food and drink event. Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments. If bringing alcohol: All attendees consuming alcohol must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age identification may be requested at any time. Please drink responsibly and be respectful of other guests.
