PSYCHEDELICS, DREAMS AND RITUALS Professional Training

Event description

Psychedelics, Dreams, and Rituals: Mastering the Art and Science of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies

Unresolved psychological trauma is a major cause of suffering and pain, leading to problems like anxiety, depression, addiction, and PTSD. However, transpersonal psychology has found that non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC) can be induced using psychedelics, dreams, and rituals, leading to significant therapeutic benefits.

Gay Lynn Grigas, the author of Psychedelics, Dreams, and Rituals: A Guidebook for Explorers, Therapists, and Facilitators, believes that combining these approaches can reinforce and accelerate positive outcomes. Drawing from her 30 years of experience as a therapist, Gay Lynn presents a well-researched approach based on the work of pioneers like Stanislav Grof, Janis Phelps, Bill Richards, and Robert Johnson.

During this one-day training, participants will learn practical skills for guiding clients into non-ordinary states of consciousness using the triune pathway. Gay Lynn will share a step-by-step approach for helping clients understand and heal from the root cause of trauma. The workshop provides specific tools, ideas, and detailed guidelines that can be immediately applied in practice, empowering clients on their inner healing journey.

The training will be led by Gay Lynn Grigas and Dr. Laurie Maddox.
