Psychosocial Hazards with a Twist for Small Business Leaders
Event description
The ‘Psychosocial hazards with a twist’ workshop is a 90-minute masterclass aimed at small business leaders who want to develop an understanding of the newly introduced psychosocial risk regulations. Within the session leaders develop a better understanding of the implications of the new regulation on their business and how business leaders can use their company’s values to take positive action tailored towards your organisation’s specific needs. It includes reflective activities and the opportunity to experiment with practical activities shown to improve wellbeing.
