  • understand the legislative change and new regulatory obligations 
  • know how to identify a Psychosocial Hazards 
  • develop a Psychosocial Risk mitigation strategy.

Anna Feringa, Workplace Mental Health Consultant

Anna Feringa is a Workplace Mental Health Consultant and the Director of Anna Fergina Consulting Pty Ltd. She has a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and is an International Disability Management Professional (CDMP). Anna is a Mental Health First Aid Facilitator and was one of LinkedIn's Top 15 Voices in Mental Health 2022 and was a Global Top 10 Health & Safety Influencer in 2020. 

Anna is an award winning International Speaker, Author and, Trainer and Workplace Mental Health Consultant.
