Psychosocial Safety in Practice: A Conversation Starter Pack for Aged Care Launch

This short introductory session explores the Psychosocial Safety in Practice: Conversation Starter Pack for Aged Care.

Participants will learn what psychosocial safety is, why it matters for workers, teams and quality care, and how to use the resource pack to support practical conversations about workplace pressures, support needs and psychosocial risks.

The session will provide an overview of the key conversation starter resources and discuss how they can be used in team meetings, supervision, reflective practice and planning discussions.

Facilitated by Dale Park of DTC consulting, all participants will receive access to the toolkit which was funded in collaboration of Sector Support and Development Teams at Bayside City Council and Better Health Network (BHN).
