HIIT Circuit Class at the University of Notre Dame
Looking to get stronger, elevate your fitness and feel your best? Join us for HIIT Circuit Training, a high-energy, full-body workout designed to improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health—right here at the University of Notre Dame! This class combines short bursts of exercise with active recovery periods to maximize results and keep your body moving.
Each circuit includes a variety of movements targeting different muscle groups, using bodyweight and functional training equipment. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, our certified instructor will guide you through modifications to match your level and help you stay motivated.
This class is only available to current UNDA students and members of the gym.

📍 Location: University of Notre Dame Staff/Student Gym
📅 Date: Wednesday's 1:30-2:30 and 2:30 - 3:30.
🎟 Cost: Free for Students and Staff Gym Members.
🧘 All levels welcome – no prior experience required!
Places are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your spot.
Please note you will not be able to participate in the class without a ticket.
