MINIs - Goal Setting & Motivation
Online Event
Description
This workshop helps participants get clear on what they want and why it matters.
We explore the purpose behind goals, using tools like the Five Whys and values-mapping to connect goals to internal motivation rather than external pressure.
Participants learn habit-shaping strategies and the evidence-based WOOP technique to move from intention into meaningful action.
The focus is on goals that are energising, sustainable, and authentically aligned.
Funded by Support Act with assistance from Creative Workplaces and Creative Victoria.
