Public Pembroke Parent Presentation: Rachel Clark from Like Me Project

Pembroke invites parents to a public presentation by Rachel Clark, founder of the Like Me Project. Rachel is a psychologist dedicated to helping young people thrive. With over a decade of experience working with young people across schools, private practice, non-profits and social media research, Rachel launched the Like Me Project to address the challenges we face with social media. Through engaging and relatable presentations, the Like Me Project aims to empower young people with education and tools to help boost their digital wellbeing and help them cultivate a balanced, safe and conscious relationship with social media.

This parent presentation will explore social media use among young people, the benefits and challenges they face, navigating the social media ban, and strategies and resources to support their child’s digital wellbeing.
