Session 1 Details: Everyone undergoes a sense of nervous uneasiness when asked to speak before a group. 

But these unsettling feelings, although natural, can be turned to your advantage. 

So getting you right first is the foundational key to it all, for those nagging fears of being somewhat unworthy and a bit of a fraud need to be sorted out at the very start. 

Only then can we move forward with a clear self-confidence on which to build.
