Buddhist philosophy offers a unique method for relieving pain by encouraging mindful attention to experiences and understanding their nature, differing from pharmacological and alternative therapies that rely on external agents or temporary relief.
The Public Talk is presented by Lama Choedak Rinpoche who is a world-renowned Tibetan Buddhist meditation teacher, author and translator. He has lived in Australia for over 30 years and expertly presents traditional Buddhist teachings for modern audiences.
