Description
Between the rushing, scrolling, working and general 'busy-ness' of being a human in the modern world, there doesn't seem to be much room left for simply being in nature and gathering in circle.
Humans have been doing exactly that for thousands of years. Gathering around fires, under trees and on whatever stump looked comfortable enough to park their bum. Telling stories, sharing wisdom, having a laugh and pondering the weird and wonderful experience of being alive.
And I reckon there's something pretty special about getting a bunch of humans together, away from screens, to see where the conversation wanders.
So, fancy pulling up a stump?
We'll begin by taking a slow wander in nature, tuning into our senses and witnessing the magic of the more-than-human-world. This will be paired with some gentle breath work.
Then, we'll gather in a sharing circle and take turns to share whatever it is might like to be shared that day.
