Calling all lovers of gags, puns, one liners, jokes and wordplay!

Can Do Comedy have teamed up with Chirny HQ to bring you a comedy night solely focused on the under-appreciated art form of being a gag merchant. If you love jokes, jokes and jokes and want to leave a show with your face hurting from laughter, this is the show for you! Hosted by award winning local stand up comedian Taylor Ruddle, ensuring we're in a safe pair of hands for the yuks to come.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a space to showcase ORIGINAL MATERIAL, so that means no street jokes allowed! We're doing this as a trial run to see if there's a demand in Christchurch to create this sort of community, we don't encourage heckling but we want this show to have a collaborative, work-shoppy feel as both performer and audience members alike strive to perfect their gags. If there's a good amount of support for this first one, we'll aim to make it a regular event!
