Puppy Pride 2024
Event description
Puppy Pride 2024 is back following its successful inaugural day in 2022.
Hosted by the wonderful Farmer Dave, Puppy Pride is a FREE EVENT (there is no need to register for tickets) where LGBTQA+ people, allies and their dogs can connect, reduce social isolation and increase LGBTQA+ visibility and pride. "Being seen quite literally can foster identity affirmation and a sense of self-worth. Feeling connected within a community is unquestionably linked with positive health outcomes."
This year sees the event return to the beautiful Botanic Gardens in Kyneton on Sunday November 17th.
Start the day with a community walk for everyone and every dog at 11:15am, from the Campaspe River Walk Outdoor Gym, 13 St Agnes Pl Kyneton, to the Botanic Gardens.
Enjoy dog demonstrations and competitions, live performances, browse market stalls and enjoy tasty foods.
Start 12pm - Finish Approximately 3pm
This event is brought to you through a collabortaive partnership with Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health, CLIP, WayOut, Macedon Ranges Shire Council and ChillOut Festival.
