Meet Your Puppy Yoga Host – Cher Ovelheiro

Cher is a passionate yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience, bringing warmth, inclusivity, and joy to every class. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and has been a fitness instructor since 2012, helping them build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a flowing, breath-focused practice.

Currently based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Cher teaches regular yoga classes and has now combined her love of cavoodles with her love of yoga to create Puppy Yoga – a unique and heartwarming experience that nurtures both body and soul. Her classes are designed to be light-hearted, beginner-friendly, and full of connection – whether it’s with your breath, your body, or the adorable Cavoodle puppies bouncing around the room.

When you join one of Cher’s Puppy Yoga sessions, you can expect a welcoming environment, a gentle yoga flow suitable for all levels, and plenty of time to relax, cuddle, and play with the puppies.
