Townsville Impact Procurement Framework
Facilitated by CQUniversity’s Social Impact Lab, this framework is intended to support collaboration and capability-building in Townsville. It focuses on improving access and participation for local and First Nations businesses, strengthening pathways to meaningful employment, enhancing trust and transparency in procurement practices, and contributing to a more resilient, inclusive, and environmentally responsible local economy.
